When I review a home’s pre-sale condition, I provide my client with a comprehensive report that includes an assessment of a property’s curb appeal and a step by step action plan to prepare a house to sell.

Home Showcasing is a unique ‘design to sell’ technique that permits purchasers to imagine living in the house.

I use the owner’s furnishings, artwork and accessories to create a visual experience and a feeling of emotional warmth that will appeal to the widest range of people.
Showcasing focuses on creating welcoming spaces that are light, bright & spacious. This property sold the first day it was listed.
